Pinebank Arch is a bridge easily found by entering Central Park through Columbus Circle. We actually teach underneath the bridge in a private open field. Directions can be accessed through this link DIRECTIONS TO PINEBANK ARCH
Dress in comfortable, easy to move unclothing and flexible footwear. Sunglasses are also recommend as well we bottled water.
This 1-hour long Tai Class is totally FREE (Donations are certainly welcomed)
You will be notified by early morning email or by text. That is why it is important to RSVP to each class you intend to attend. In the event of rain we will be switching our location to an indoor studio in the Columbus Circle area. address will be provided in the email you receive.
